You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrvip login credentials — your mobile number, password, and any OTP codes received by SMS. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pkrvip will never contact you requesting your password or full OTP code through any channel.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as dormant. pkrvip reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable licensing requirements. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts may be reactivated by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
pkrvip is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity and age of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification is therefore a mandatory requirement for all accounts — it cannot be waived, deferred indefinitely, or bypassed under any circumstances.

pkrvip reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where: the bet was placed after an event has concluded; there is a technical error in odds display; or the bet appears to constitute an attempt to exploit a system error or pricing mistake. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds will be voided and stakes returned.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the pkrvip Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market prior to placing a wager. pkrvip reserves the right to apply reduced maximum stake limits to individual Players where warranted by their account history or risk profile.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game software failure that disrupts the normal operation of any game or betting market, pkrvip reserves the right to void the affected round or event and return all stakes placed during the affected period. pkrvip is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions outside its direct control, including failures by third-party game providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkrvip Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrvip holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pkrvip's internal complaints procedure as described in Section 16 below.
Where internal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pkrvip's licensing authority. The decision of the designated independent dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
pkrvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially alter your rights or obligations as a Player — pkrvip will notify registered Players via SMS to the mobile number on record, or via a prominent notification displayed on the Platform upon next login, no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.
Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, and updates reflecting changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately without advance notice.
